The Gallery Above Penn Square’s mission is to serve the community through offering high quality culturally diverse art exhibits educational events, and support of presentations of new works by emerging and established artists. The Gallery Above Penn Square fulfills this mission by hosting museum-caliber exhibitions and promoting educational presentations throughout the year. Through these exhibitions, the Gallery is dedicated to the cultural enrichment of the community in Reading and Pennsylvania Gallery Above Penn Square is a non-profit organization.
